Underground Detention Systems

StormTank Module 25 Series

The StormTank Module 25 Series is an American-made underground stormwater detention module engineered to maximize storage capacity while minimizing site footprint. It helps manage stormwater efficiently while preserving valuable surface space for parking, landscaping, and development.

Overview

The StormTank Module 25 Series is an American-made and manufactured underground detention module which provides a highly engineered underground stormwater management solution designed to maximize storage capacity while minimizing site footprint. The modular system allows developers, engineers, and contractors to manage stormwater efficiently while preserving valuable surface space for parking, landscaping, and development.

Proven Structural Performance

The StormTank Module 25 Series has been independently tested by a third-party university laboratory and verified to exceed HS-25 load requirements. This allows the system to support heavy loads up to and including fully loaded, 18 wheel semi-tractor trailers, making it suitable beneath parking lots, emergency vehicle lanes, roadways, parking garages, commercial developments, and industrial sites.

Flexible Design for Complex Sites

The modular design allows the system to be configured to fit virtually any site condition or footprint. StormTank systems can be installed around utilities, foundations, property lines, landscaping areas, and other underground infrastructure. Since the system is assembled and installed by hand, the contractor does not have to tie up equipment for that part of the installation.

Detention or Retention Applications

StormTank systems can function as either detention or retention systems depending on project requirements. This allows the system to temporarily store stormwater and release it at a controlled rate or retain water for infiltration.
